  • Cold Plunges: 2-5 years depending on the brand. Coverage includes defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Luxury Infrared Saunas: 3-5 years for heating elements and electronics, 1 year for other components.
  • Compression Therapy Tools: 1-3 years covering motor and control units.
  • Portable Infrared Saunas: 1-2 years for heating panels and control systems.
  • Red Light Therapy Devices: 1-2 years, focusing on LED lights and power units.

Warranty Process

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products that have been used, modified, or damaged are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

Return Process

  4. Inspection & Refund: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. This process typically takes 5-7 business days. A restocking fee may apply based on the manufacturer’s policy.

Exchanges

Please Note: If you need a different product, you will need to follow the return process for the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the preferred product.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, reflecting our agreements and ensuring hygiene and quality:

Defective or Damaged Items
