Warranty Process

- Assessment: We’ll collaborate with the manufacturer to evaluate the issue. You can opt for a live video call with our team to troubleshoot or inspect the cold plunge.
- Repair or Replacement: If the issue falls under warranty, we’ll arrange for a repair or replacement based on the manufacturer’s decision.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for warranty claims depend on the manufacturer’s terms.
Returns Policy

Return Eligibility
- Cold plunges must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
- Returns must be started within 30 days of delivery.
- Used, modified, or damaged items aren’t eligible for return unless defective.
Return Process

- Return Authorization: If approved, we’ll provide a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

Exchanges
If you want a different cold plunge model, you’ll need to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your cold plunge arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 72 hours of receipt. We’ll set up an inspection—potentially via a live video call with our team—and arrange a replacement or refund if confirmed. Peak Recovery will handle return shipping costs in these cases.
